Help baby to fall asleep by means of Sensory Deprivation
Looking around and taking in what's going on around them is how babies become aware of our world.
They are curious but sometimes they just do not know how or when to stop, especially when they are at another place with new and different things to see and to hear. This may cause what we call a sensory overload --- did you know that a baby's brain is more active than a student's?---(sometimes we would say "yes, I thought so." ! ) Now, this overload keeps the baby from settling down and falling asleep. What should happen now is to get baby out of that environment and to an area where we can implement sensory deprivation........a dark and quiet room, soft spoken words and/or singing and then you will value the availability of the Instant Baby Sleep sound track. The more you use this, the quicker you little one will settle and the longer he/she/ will sleep.
This sound track may also be used for inducing short naps during the day.
